I’ve had the same experience as the other people listed below with getting towed while being a resident of this community. They changed towing companies, I asked if my car was registered in the system (they assured me it was) and my car still ended up being towed at my own expense. You would think they would just give parking stickers to ensure stuff like this doesn’t happen to residents, I’ve also had issues with valet trash not being picked up on all the days it says it will be and have taken my trash to the dumpster mysel... read more
Don't move here! Please read - I can't walk my dog because the floor is full of glass. I see about two cars broken into a month, including our car that was broken into a few months ago and the administration couldn't care less. Police gave authorization to check the cameras and the answer of the administration was that they did not have time to check 7 hours of video camera. Do not rent at this garbage apartment complex. Upon move in I had multiple issues. I had a huge leak with water coming through the floors. It doesn’t end there. My vehicle was broken into and management couldn’t care less. They refuse to watch the camera footage. Again, I highly recommend do not rent here. Management is terrible. Update: As multiple other residents have said, MAA will tow you and leave you to deal with a scum of the earth towing company. Neighbors frequently party all night.
