Worst best I’ve lived. Maintenance allowed access to my apartment by a relative that was not allowed on the property. They damaged my front door and the apartment complex charged me for it! Front office ladies very rude!! I would never recommend this place to a bum.
I had a great experience living at MAA Oglethorpe. Truly 10 out of 10. Of course, like with any place, there were normal hiccups—my AC went out twice, and my fridge had a moment—but what stood out was how diligent and communicative the team was. I didn’t want to have to write this, but enough is enough. I have lived in this apartment complex for 10 years. In that time, I have never once been late on rent—not a single time. I’ve watched others come in mid-month and pay late with no issue, yet I’ve always done my part, expecting the same respect and responsibility in return. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
