Lived here for a little over 2 years. 10 months into my 14 month lease I became had to undergo breast cancer treatments and was unable to work, I had a state agency that was willing to make my rent payments but management would not accept it. I was told that I could get out of my lease for medical reasons so I was to be sick and homeless. I renewed my lease ONLY because I was not physically able to go through a move. This is the best apartment complex I've lived in Tennessee, and one of the best I've ever lived in. It is very quiet here with a good pool, gym, sauna, and grills. The maintenance staff is always quick to repair, and the ladies in the office are always kind and helpful. Especially Madeline Jarred who has always been exceptional when helping us with any questions or needs. Thank you, Maddie!
I have lived here for several years now. I have never had any issues and everyone has always been very helpful. It is a quiet, friendly community. Lonnie and Colby have always been helpful, hard-working, and completed all maintenance issues in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied here.
