After moving into MAA, I was kind of all over the map, not having rented where I would be paying the monthly rent on portal/computer and also never had a home with great things like the keypad entry, my own garage and a trash compressor. So I felt a bit intimidated, esp re the portal. The staff were kind and completely at ease with my anxiety and answered every question I had and were very reassuring. Moved in during the chaos months of the end of the year. Had an incredible move in experience, thanks to the help of Cheyenne Pete! She was very responsive and made sure we had all of our ducks aligned to make this a smooth transition. The few maintenance request since moving have been done in a timely fashion. Only down side I would say is the amount of dog poop not picked up.
UPDATE: 1 LEASE RENEWAL DOWN, APPROACHING THE SECOND IN JULY 2026. THE COMPLAINTS: 1) SADLY, THEY SHUTDOWN THE HOT TUB. NOT THEIR FAULT, BUT THE IDIOTS WHO LIVE HERE & THEIR GUESTS WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPECT PROPERTY. 2) THE GATE STAYS BROKEN MORE THAN FIXED, SO THE SECURITY OF LIVING IN A "GATED COMMUNITY" NO LONGER EXISTS. Great location! I noticed an issue with my tub and Lonnie Barnes quickly came and resolved the issue before any damage was done to my bathroom or belongings. He was efficient and friendly! He also left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived. Thanks Lonnie!
MAA Murfreesboro is a great place to live. Great location, great pool! And management and maintenance always take such good care of me. Lauren is the best!
