** I realized I originally posted this under the SC Paddock Club reviews, not the MAA Murfreesboro one, so I apologize! My move in was handled by Maddie and Lauren, who in my opinion went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed. They stayed in contact all through the move in process and answered any questions we had thoroughly. We were allowed to explore the community at our own pace. Lived here for a little over 2 years. 10 months into my 14 month lease I became ill and had to undergo breast cancer treatments and was unable to work, I had a state agency that was willing to make my rent payments but management would not accept it. I was told that I could get out of my lease for medical reasons so I was to be sick and homeless. I renewed my lease ONLY because I was not physically able to go through a move.
