Toniya at leasing office is an amazing person. She is so kind and welcoming and very informative not only about the complex but all about the neighbourhood and the area. My 1st year was great: solid pricing and ready maintenance. My current and 3rd year has been a mess. My apartment flooded, and I've had to contend with a spider infestation and now a roach infeststion. All the while the price of living continues to rise. Corners are clearly being cut, and I cannot wait to get out of here. It's gotten dangerous and unlivable.
My experience with this community has by far been the best experience in my apartment search. I was greeted by a welcoming consultant And was led by a tour with Toniya. It’s nice to walk into a community where you desire to live and the people who manage it are welcoming, Empathetic, Knowledgeable, And realistically relate to the journey you’re on. Just moved in with my girlfriend recently and everything has been a breeze. maintenance comes fast my work order was only in for 1 day. tonya moved us in she was patient and kind. I know we stressed her out lmao but she didn’t show it. customer service is amazing
