We have recently moved into this community. Our move in process was very smooth. Iryna Nikolaenko assisted us all throughout the process and her guidance is very much appreciated. She was very professional and mainly patient to answers all our queries :) and also she explained all the required procedures which made our move in very easy. Our apartment was very well maintained and was move-in ready on the date of move-in. Thank you MAA Mount Vernon management and special call out to Iryna Nikolaenko for all her help.
I opened a maintenance request and Alex and Brice took care of it just minutes. Writing this review for them.
Great Experience! Iryna was very truthful and sincere in her responses to all of my inquiries.
I can’t speak about living experience at the property, but Kylencia has been great helping me find the right place! She was able to answer all of my questions while being entirely honest and genuine. It makes a stressful experience much easier!
Really enjoyed my tour of the community with Kylencia!!
