Work order for #2096 Charles was very helpful! Went as far as explaining the system behind the locks and even offered an extra battery and showed me how to get in my home in case of an emergency. He definitely understand customer service. Five stars for him!! Can’t say the same about the people at the office. I was charged $50 after leaving some recyclable trash by the recycle bin. I’ve really enjoyed living here. Maintenance is awesome, and I feel valued by the leasing office. My unit has no issues and the surrounding residents are also not problematic. The community is upkept really well in my opinion. Fiber was installed a couple months after I moved and it’s off the charts for any gamers reading this. I don’t feel there’s stupid random fees tacked on to my monthly statement.
