This is my opnion and factual information that relates to me. BE wary of fraudulent tactics here. It is very frustrating with these big corporations that own these properties. I went in to see the property it looked okay. Actually looked nice. We were interested. I know I will not qualify on my own, as I am disabled after a head on car crash. Our unit was absolutely disgusting when we moved in. The drains in the bathroom smell like sewage, the toilet tank and the washing machine were caked in black mold, the dishwasher racks have broken and rusty parts, and the carpets are so dirty that I don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned. I used a paper towel to dab up some water I spilled on the carpet and it was black when i lifted it up! Overall, our experience was good. The office staff were always responsive and the maintenance team were helpful when we needed any repairs. I will say they could update the units to be more modern and upgrade the appliances. They recently painted the outside so it looks much better. The one thing we did not like was the gate system to enter the community. If you ever want guests or visitors, they always had to type in a code and you had to answer it on your phone through a call.
