Where do I start with this place? I moved in March 2023 and had a relatively good living experience living here even though they denied my service animal and they were the only place in the valley to do so they’re all about the money. Also in September 2024 when my dog passed away, I decided to get another dog a few weeks later and told them and they said since i got a new dog I had to pay another $250 non refundable pet fee, I went over the lease up and down 5 times and there is nothing in the lease that says $250 pet fee p... read more
