Update: unless you are prepared to consistently put in work orders week to week for repairs. Don’t move here! I moved in about three weeks ago and have already noticed several concerns that should be addressed for residents’ comfort and safety. 1. Love these apartments. Property is well maintained. All the residents are very welcoming. The leasing agents are the best especially Michel and Jen. They are awesome. Cool and fun. Always there if you need. Some of the best consultants i’ve come across. Update as of October, The property is going down hill. Management and leasing agents have changed so much you don't know who works in the office. Whoever they are allowing over here is running the property down.
