Please save your money and time. My homegirl been living here only 5 months. I swear its a new thing everyday. There is no security for parking. Even tho over 10+ cars have been broken into since she moved in. No cameras. No help. No improvement. There is no rules or regulations on quiet hours. Maintenance has 0 sense of urgency. Had a whole leak for 2 days before somsone even came to care. Staff has attitudes that is uncalled for when trying to handle serious matters. I feel for my friend. I have called the property over 20 times to speak to Tyler and I have left several messages asking for him to give me a call back regarding the the processing fee that I was charged over 4 months ago, and I have received no call backs. Nobody else in their leasing office is able to help either apparently. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism that is being displayed, especially since I was being hounded weekly to sign a lease, and as soon as I signed, now they are unable to answer the phone. Do better.
