I want to truly commend Lamar. I needed his maintenance services several times since I moved in a few weeks ago. Every time, he comes promptly, takes care of the problem and is very friendly. After he's done, he asks me to ensure that what he fixed is to my satisfaction.
Lamar was great! I had a maintenance request reported and he came literally in 20 min! Knocked out the problem and had a positive attitude with professional product knowledge. Hire 100 more Lamar’s!

I would strongly reconsider living at MAA Lenox based on my experience, particularly when it came time to move out. While living here, communication was one thing, but once I notified management that I would not be renewing my lease, the way I was treated noticeably changed. I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that the focus became entirely about collecting additional charges rather than trying to fairly address the situation.
