I live at MAA Lenox and seriously have to shout out Jenna! She’s been amazing since the day I moved in. Always super friendly and willing to help with anything. I see her constantly running around helping everyone, even when it’s crazy busy. She really goes out of her way to make sure things get done and people are happy. She definitely deserves some recognition!
The worst!! Their stupid elevators weren’t working and it made me extremely late!!!!
Had a power issue in my apartment Mr. Powell our maintenance tech worked from early morning Saturday until the issue was fixed Sunday morning. He put in alot of effort to get the issue resolved. Great work!
