I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The biggest issue is the leasing office. The staff has an incredibly high turnover rate—it feels like there’s someone new working there every month. Customer service is consistently poor, and it often seems like they’re more focused on finding ways to charge residents additional fees than actually helping them. COCKROACHES, FECES, MOLD, TRASH, POOR MANAGEMENT, RUN!! I’ve live in three states, six apartments, and never had a worse experience in my life. Once you sign your lease, they don’t care about you anymore. They overcharged me for the first two months and didn’t give me a mail key for three months. When I had an issue with my packages going missing, the office shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn’t their problem. There were cockroaches in my apartment within a week of moving in.
