I have lived in this apartment for more than 10 years, and the company's management frequently changes (if I remember correctly, I think more than 5 times). However, the current staff Madison, Carlos, and Areli are the best staff among all of them. They are very kind, friendly, and super helpful. Here I want to give a special shout out to Areli! A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU for always patiently communicating with me and addressing issues promptly. Maa Highland, please keep her. She is a gem!
Madison Marin was so helpful and professional from start to finish. She stayed in touch with me until I was able to schedule an appointment to see two of the MAA Highland North apartments, which were very nice. The facilities are very inviting. Thank you, Madison!
