Terrible experience living here. Last December, they sent some technicians to fix the A/C. They flooded almost half of the apartment by activating a sprinkler, after they failed to protect it from the heat of the torch they were using to weld the A/C pipes. It took 3 days and some very large and noisy fans running 24 h/day to dry the carpet. This affected my daily life tremendously. The management offered very little support... Beautiful natural community but worst management. They don't take care of the community well. Full of Rats, snakes and Roaches everywhere. People do spread dog poop in the green areas and front of apartments and there is no action/restriction on it-full of dog poop entire community. With slight rain water accumulates everywhere on the sidewalks. Even if you complain they won't take actions but if you delay rent by even 1 day ,they will charge you fine for each day. No pest control-full of pests.
