Maintenance is always quick and polite, Jonathon does a great job!
First of all, I do agree with Mr. Horner, on the condition of hall ways, "...are strewn with stains and old liquid, some of it spilled food, some of it actual animal excrement...". In addition, about a month ago I called the office to make them aware of the awful - putrefy condition one is exposed to - while wating for the elevator on the 3rd level - E. complex garage; in specific the handycap parking space close to the elevator and nothing have been done about it. Beginning of April, I had the wheels and tires stolen off my truck and left on blocks in the parking garage here. I called the police of course and got a report. I walked out to the leasing department and notified them (hoping they have camera footage) I was told by the assistant property manager that the cameras were “offline” and the cameras in the entrance of the parking deck are never working and are there for looks.
