DO NOT LIVE HERE. My roommate and I lived here for 3 years and referred 3 people to live here. I wish we could take that back! Within the past few months we have had issue after issue. The mailboxes were broken into twice, leading to 4 packages and all of our mail getting stolen. There was a washing machine that sat in the hallway outside of our apartment for weeks. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at MAA Gardens was disappointing from start to finish. Living here became so stressful that I ultimately decided to terminate my lease early. Throughout my tenancy, I experienced repeated maintenance issues, including going multiple days without hot water while also dealing with rust-colored water. I also had ongoing issues with nonfunctioning kitchen outlets, washer concerns, gate problems, and delays in maintenance requests that often required repeated follow-up. When I re... read more
Ma Gardens tour with Ben was awesome he gave me tour of the Resort style pool. The beautiful garden and the balcony’s are nice gorgeous. Offer fresh air in the comfort of your own space. Love the work out room to keep me healthy. The cafe I enjoyed a pool party. Next week having a food truck with barbecue bake beans I will get for me and macaroni cheese for my Mother. Found out they have a community that has events. Social butterfly right here. Ma Gardens is my vibe. Great energy flowing through the staff.
I had an amazing tour with Ben Herrington yesterday. He was very courteous and his knowledge of the property exceeded my expectations. He answered all my questions and more. Ben is the kind of representative that MAA needs. He was patient, accommodating and made me feel like I was about to invest in a lifestyle and not just some place to stay.
New management is so concerned about people parking in handicap (no handicap drivers live here) but there’s cars that haven’t moved in years and people also park like this. Mind you, there’s 5 handicap parking spaces where as other levels in the apartment only have 2-3. Where do they suppose we park? On top of each other? Also, the entrance gates are always messed up.. very annoying. Not worth the price and management is vent rude and snobby.
