I have been here almost 2 years. There were definitely some big disappointments my first few weeks to first few months here. Packages being stolen, technology not working properly causing me to be locked out frequently. Fire alarm going off randomly and frequently. The apartment wasn't 100% move in ready when I moved but they were nice enough to refund my security deposit due to repairs that didn't happen prior to my move in and still haven't happened. I rarely do reviews but when I do it’s actually because of something that really got to me. If I could give him 10 stars I definitely would!!! Well my wife and I went to check out our apartment today and weren’t too pleased with what we saw, mind you we’re supposedly moving in on the 4th of May which is in 2 days. We toured the property April 6, BRENTON was AMAZING 10/10 ACROSS THE BOARD.He made me and my wife feel COMFORTABLE.We asked QUESTIONS he ANSWERED them quick.When we took our tour he gave us a map to follow.He gave direct instructions.He said if you need help call me.We like the property.He was so AMAZING we did a application the same day on Saturday we was pre-approved.
