The application and move-in process at MAA Centennial Olympic Park was incredibly smooth thanks to Kyle, the leasing consultant. After requesting apartment information from six different communities, he was the only one who reached out to me. The neighbors are friendly, the building is secure, and the location is perfect. I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking in the area!
If I could rate this place one star, I would. Greystar properties is the most predatory rental agency I have ever encountered and I will be making it a point to avoid all of their properties going forward. They inflate their monthly costs and find ways you didn’t even think of to extract fees from you. Molli in particularly awful to communicate with and lacks basic courtesy . 0/10 would not recommend.
I would like to say thank you to Maggie H. for coming into Maa Centennial and taking over. Your work doesn’t go unnoticed. I’ve had numerous issue regarding my neighbor, lease and account details and Maggie was able to help me resolve each issue in a timely manner. I’ve seen a real change in the leasing office of the years and lately it has been better than ever. Keep up the good work Maggie and continue to be great. Update: Maggie left or got fired.
