Good area
Worst worst worst place for delivery drivers. Simpson street has nothing but delivery drivers causing traffic problems. Not mention if an ambulance or fire truck ever had to get through. Absolute nightmare. Unlike other communities that have common sense MAA should also have a cart for deliveries. This would minimize the problems. Even if delivery drivers had to park illegally (which they do), it would hasten the drop off and allow the traffic to flow better down Simpson st.
Didn’t read or address stove issue at all that I listed in my ticket.
I am not a current resident. I have view this property before and decided to return to tour a layout that became available. I had to call 3 times to get someone to let me in. I was on time for my appointment & no one even acknowledged when I entered. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes. 1 agent was on a tour while a woman sat in yhe office, still no acknowledgement. I lived here starting May, Memorial Day Weekend and my corvette was booted the entire weekend! The complex had no representatives or onsite officers available to explain I was a new tenant! I had a medical crisis and I called police because I couldn’t get my required medication or even food! The officer had to call an ambulance because of my life or death crisis so the hospital could provide care. I received an apology only!
