Brenten has been exceptional since I’ve been here. He consistently maintains a positive attitude, is always willing to help, and makes himself readily available, demonstrating outstanding customer service. Whenever I need assistance, he is quick to respond, and if he needs time to follow up, he always does so promptly. I’ve truly never experienced this level of customer service before. He is a tremendous asset to MAA, and he is greatly appreciated.
First of all I've been living in this apartment for almost about 2years and whenever I put up a maintenance, Tim is always ready to help us out within an hour whether it is a minor problem or a major one. I really appreciate Tim's help everytime. Also Brenton at the leasing office he is amazing too.

I rarely leave reviews, but after six months of ongoing issues, I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with MAA Centennial Apartments and Empire Parking Services of Georgia. I currently pay over $2000 per month to live at this so-called luxury apartment, and unfortunately the conditions and management have been extremely disappointing.
