Talia is the worst! She literally went from managing here to now MAA Lenox and she’s messing stuff up over there too! Check your rent because she’s good to add additional fees without your knowledge!
I lived here for 13 months and had an overall positive experience. The good: Excellent amenities; gym had a squat rack, bench press AND a smith machine, gym was never crowded, huge courtyard, secure bike storage room. Only had one issue with the parcel locker system, which overall works better than what I’ve seen at most other apartment buildings. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr.Brenton with a cheerful and funny, character our tour with MAA Centenial Park was very enjoyable. The views are scenic and patios areas are very beautiful and relaxing.
