I've been here almost two years worst company ever non compliance on emergency maintenance and no heat for months very unconcerned about tenants but want rent money on time. Can't stand this company it's more but I'm so tired of they're body of work...... need to be foreclosed on and better business.

Unresponsive local management, had roaches no exterminator sent. elevator has been broken for almost a year. No fire extinguishers in the building hallways, poor building security (front door doesn't lock). All of these things have been reported to management but nothing was done.

Property manager Devin Barnes is very rude , no communication , no consideration, don’t take care of request , don’t even provide information to questions being asked . Also , Ms Tracey Massey is very ignorant . I called to complain about a ceiling leak that i had for 4 months with no one taking care of it . Instead of her providing assistance she said “ do you want to move “ the worst feeling in the world as a paying tenant that lives with children in an apartment that leaks every time it rains. Went in for an event, someone rented the place out, we paid for entrance. Place was very small. No security whatsoever.
