My experience with MAA Buckhead was disappointing, particularly during the move-out process. After living at the property, I was surprised by the charges included in my final move-out statement, and I did not feel that the charges were handled fairly or transparently. This is a great apartment complex. I have lived here for a month and this has been my experience 1. Management: I think the management is very responsive and professional. They have always answered my questions in a timely manner and have been supportive 2. Location- I think the location can't be beat for the price. Avoid!! Almost a month living at MAA Buckhead and we STILL don't have a mailbox — no access to our own mail is a serious security issue, not a minor inconvenience, and management has done nothing to fix it. On top of that, we've been reassigned parking 3 times because they keep giving us spots that are already taken or double-tagged with someone else's number. If you never have a problem, fine. The second something goes wrong, be ready to fix it yourself, because they won't
