This is a terrible apartment complex. I have a friend who got kicked out for no reason. She didn’t get a notice, email or phone call. They sent her a screenshot of a notice without reason. Be careful care out there, MAA will kick you out for reason. I guess if they will kick out an engineer they will kick out anyone.
This place has a real roach problem. Trash is constantly piled up in the parking garage. I would not recommend living here. I moved out a month before my lease ended.
I have to give a 5 star rating to the maintenance team here, they are super responsive. I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and found at least 8 different issues that needed to be fixed on different days. (Well... the move in experience may not have been great, as you can tell, lots of things were either not working or needed to be fixed. Plus, the entire unit is very dirty (Full of dust). I've had a great experience living here so far. The maintenance team is excellent, always quick to respond, professional, and friendly. We had a leaking in our kitchen sink and Jay came the very next day and repaired it.
