I am extremely disappointed with MAA Buckhead. After reporting mold in my HVAC and expressing serious health concerns, this staff has conducted mitigation without a proper inspection or doing a mold test. They have attempted to clean their mess without getting to the source of the problem. Mold does not just wipe away, you have to get to the source of the problem. The leasing office has been highly under-communicative with me, and there has been no sense of urgency in resolving my issues. They've left my air vent completely ... read more

This is a terrible apartment complex. I have a friend who got kicked out for no reason. She didn’t get a notice, email or phone call. They sent her a screenshot of a notice without reason. Be careful care out there, MAA will kick you out for reason. I guess if they will kick out an engineer they will kick out anyone.
