I am extremely disappointed with MAA Buckhead. After reporting mold in my HVAC and expressing serious health concerns, this staff has conducted mitigation without a proper inspection or doing a mold test. They have attempted to clean their mess without getting to the source of the problem. Mold does not just wipe away, you have to get to the source of the problem. The leasing office has been highly under-communicative with me, and there has been no sense of urgency in resolving my issues. They've left my air vent completely ... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY HAVE MOLD GROWING IN THEIR RESIDENTS APARTMENTS AND ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. THE MOLD IS SPREADING, AND THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING CALLS, OR HAVING ANY SENSE OF URGENCY. MOLD IS ON CLOTHES, IN VENTS, IN MICROWAVE, ETC. AND CAUSINF SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS. BUT THEY CANT DO NOTHING BECAUSE THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS ON LEAVE?? AND DON’T RESPOND UNDER HERE SAYING YALL AINT GOT NO RESIDENTS WITH THIS ISSUE OR NOTICE OF A COMPLAINT BC YALL LYING. FIX IT!
This is a terrible apartment complex. I have a friend who got kicked out for no reason. She didn’t get a notice, email or phone call. They sent her a screenshot of a notice without reason. Be careful care out there, MAA will kick you out for reason. I guess if they will kick out an engineer they will kick out anyone.
