Tyler made the touring process very easy and he was knowledgeable about every MAA facility. He cares about what he does and it adds value to MAA Buckhead.
I am a new resident at MAA and so far, I’m enjoying my time here. I must admit that it started a bit rocky, some personal and some with MAA (issues with the unit), but it was quickly handled by Ashley. She’d been very professional, patient and understanding when it came to my wants and needs for my new place. The manager Ashley Wynn is so rude, a nasty attitude and unprofessional. If you get a package and you can’t come down or for whatever reason the rider can’t come up. She literally will throw your package outside with no regards of customer service or nothing. And she will not call you to even give you a chance to get it before she tosses it outside. Bad management at its finest!
Ashley is super helpful and easy to talk to. She gets back to you quickly and actually follows through, which I really appreciate. Makes living here a lot smoother!
MAA Buckhead is a very nice property. We toured and felt at home. Ashley is an amazing asset and made our tour a great experience. She was patient, very kind, and even allowed us to revisit the model when we couldn't visually remember space size. Definitely looking forward to the move there.
