Do not move here! We have been here for only 2 weeks and have experienced sooo many issues, from appliances not working properly to mailroom be unsecured and open freely to the public for anyone to walk in and grab , to fire alarms sounding for over an hour to leasing agents being helpful and nice at first to get you in then they start to show a huge lack of concern for issue once you have signed. I’ve been living at MAA Brookwood for a bit over a month or 2 now, and I’m having an awesome time! The community is safe and friendly, and the staff Michael, Danny, and Acasia have been amazing since I moved in I take reviews very seriously and everyone’s experience is different I do see the negative reviews but I can see they are trying to do better I find the space to be spacious and the neighbors are friendly One of the best things about living here is the location and convenience to stores my childs elementary school is ... read more
