Sam was amazing
Living here for about 3 years now, the rent prices are decent for the location. But parking is NIGHTMARE. My family comes and every time there is an issue with visitors parking and them CONSISTENTLY putting boots on my families car even though I reserved their spots. And all they can say is well you have to pay $75 dollars and then dispute it. But I shouldn’t have to pay in the first place. This has happened 3x. Please note — my apartment home tour yesterday with my daughter "J" was outstanding! It was detailed, informative, and every one of our questions were answered thoroughly. The professionalism of Agents Mr. A.J. and Ms. Samaria was absolutely stellar. I had a true 5🌟 experience! This leasing team works exceptionally well together and shines individually. My girlfriend has been a longtime dog walker for clients (residents) in this building. On occasion I accompany her. Today I found myself at the property and in need of a restroom. When I walked in to the leasing office in search of one, I looked around and walked in. After being unable to find one on my own, I noticed an employee at his desk texting on his cell phone.
