Aania was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made the entire process of touring the apartments so easy. The community has beautiful views and incredible amenities, but it was Agent Aania's kindness and patience in answering all of our questions that really stood out.
Living in this apartment complex has become frustrating and disappointing for several reasons: 1. Rodent Problem (Rats) The presence of rats is not only unsanitary but also unsafe. This signals poor property maintenance and creates a health hazard for residents. No one should have to worry about rodents in their living environment. 2. Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this apartment complex. There are rats around the property, and at night there are homeless people sleeping by the pool, which makes it feel unsafe and uncomfortable. On top of that, while I was out of town, my car got a flat tire and instead of giving me a chance to fix it, they towed it. That was really unfair and just added unnecessary stress. Between the maintenance issues, security concerns, and the way they treat residents, it’s been really frustrating living here.
I lived here for a year and it’s not as bad as some of the other reviews say, but it’s not great either. Good: the neighborhood felt safe, never had any issues with my neighbors, overall a good community in a mostly convenient location, pool and gym amenities were nice, maintenance staff was usually fast and reliable Bad: the unit (at least mine) felt cheap, which is crazy because they wanted to increase my rent a LOT to resign.
