Wasn’t going to leave a review, but then I got hit with a “damaged carpet and cleaning” fee—AFTER leaving the place cleaner than I found it. So here you go, MAA Ashton Oaks. Let’s start at the beginning. Move-in day, my apartment reeked of dog crap. Not like “oh a dog lives here” — I mean full-on dog explosion in July heat. But I was already trapped. Fantastic service, totally honest, very friendly. After having met with many, many apartments, this place was a breath of fresh air. Definitely looking forward to living here!
Absolutely the worst apartment complex in the Austin area. The entire place is completely dirty, they have constant problems with their trash compactor. But the worst part is the staff, the most dishonest, hypocritical, horrible communication but the worst part is all the hidden fees when you decide to leave, make sure you get everything in writing. Don't rent from here
