Make sure EVERY COMMUNICATION with them is in writing !! ESPECIALLY WITH RILEY !!!! I did the application fee ($75) set with a move in a week before the month ended. When Riley called to complete the process I originally told her that the pricing was going to be too much and I was going to keep looking. She then told me that she could move the date to the end of the month which would be more in my price range. I then agreed and moved forward with the processing fee ($225). DONT MOVE HERE Crooks, don’t care about you or the complex, only about their money. Not a single improvement to the complex or to my unit over the last 3 years but my rent has increased $250+ with each new lease. Once you move in, they are impossible to reach, never available to help, and take every chance to charge you for something or ignore you. My friend lived here as well and they charged her for dog peeing on the carpet to replace the whole carpet, but her dog didn’t pee on the carpet, and they replace the carpet anywa... read more

I live here 4 years and gets worse every year Cockroaches everywhere. I woke up with a cockroach on my face. spiders and spiderwebs covering the catwalks, you have to walk through a spiderweb to get up the stairs, or to your car, or through the halls. Don’t just look at the buildings in the front when you tour, the rest of the neighborhood is nasty and worn down

I'm thinking about moving to Raleigh, and I scheduled a tour. I really liked the 2bdrm apartment, the pool, and other amenities they offered. I would definitely recommend MAA Arringdon.

Horrible, Ran down, bugs, weird stuff, dirty neighbors. Do not let these reviews fool you. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. I will be reporting to the BBB and higher.
