Living at MAA Arringdon has been an absolutely pleasant experience. The apartments are in great shape and I found mine to be fairly spacious. The neighbors are quiet and mindful of each other. The community has such beautiful landscaping and so much greenery and natural beauty. I have lived at MAA Arringdon for the past year, and we have had a great experience, especially with the maintenance support. However, we are very disappointed with the lease renewal amount, which has increased by over $206 per month. The leasing office explained that they need to match the current market rate. In the 13 years we have lived in apartments, we have never encountered such a situation.
