The company left my yard torn up, couldn’t lay the sewer line, wouldn’t communicate regarding how to fix it, and isn’t refunding the deposit without my having to go through my credit card company. They seemed really kind and competent at first, but it’s been weeks now and an urgent issue has just gotten worse as I wait for a refund to be able to get another company to fix the damage they caused. This was such a disappointment and they have wasted so much of my time and left the yard trashed exactly as I asked them not to.
$1k for a simple frost free hose bib and shutoff valve replacement. M.A. Williams used to be my go to plumber. Didn't even discount me for the coupon from their website. Times change, and I won't be using them anymore.
