I love Dr. Ma. She is amazing but her staff is incompetent AND rude! I was called three times to confirm my appointment within the span of two days. Mary also said that she would submit my refund for my copay and that was in Aug and here we are in November and nothing. I called and spoke to Lisa (billing), she’s as rude as can be. Her tone was as if I was bugging her to do her job. My second call to her she just hung up on me and didn’t even say “ok or bye”.
