2nd week in a row we have tried having oil delivered and they never marks us down for a delivery always an excuse shitty company for sure
Ordered a delivery last Friday, they took my money right away and I still haven't gotten it. It's almost been a week (it's Thursday). When I called to inquire, the woman on the phone was quite rude and rushed the conversation, barely letting me get a word in. Considering finding a new company to work with.
These people are wonderful. I've just been rockin on for two winters with misinformation (likely I misinformed myself or assumed something) about billing and the refill schedule. I got in a small bind and not only were they understanding and kind about it, I feel like they went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation.
Piss poor service, rude, tell you one thing and it's always another. Don't waste your time, go to another company. The office employee that you speak to is very unprofessional and likes to act like a child on the phone and hang up on you. Be smart and choose a different company.
