Scheduled an appointment then they never showed. Called to see if I had wrong time or something, left message and got no call back. Wasted my morning waiting for them to show. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
Took a deposit 6 months in advance, did not respond when the time came to do floors-then did not and would not return deposit-when I involved my attorney, he became belligerent and said he would not return deposit-now his CCB license is expired and he’s still working-DANGER-he is a thief!
Tommy and his team did both our house and our rental, always reasonable and high quality work.
Shocked to read these reviews as Tommy and crew has repaired and refinished two houses over the years with flawless blending of my white oak floors where it needed replacing. Always a great price and timely service.
