Incredible experience at this facility! The trainers are genuinely kind and motivating. I started here a little over two months ago and the workouts are challenging and motivating. I am bit older and have never feel that holds me back or pushed to do anything out of my comfort zone. The coaches welcome you when you walk in and push you to do your absolute best. Meine Freundin ist dreimal als Tourist dorthin gegangen, um etwas Sport zu treiben, während des Urlaubs. Das Training ist teilweise hart, aber fair und fordernd, macht Spaß laut ihrer Aussage. Das Team und die Coaches leisten super Toparbeit, kümmern sich um Teilnehmer, die nicht mitkommen, und sind super nett! Ich empfehle es JEDEM!!!
the only complaint i have is that i wish i’d found MA fitness sooner!!! hands down the best workout i’ve ever had (former competitive bodybuilder + crossfitter.) the entire staff is so welcoming and encouraging; i genuinely look forward to every class i take.
I was pretty intimidated for my first kick boxing class but am so glad I gave it a go. Kicked my butt but felt amazing afterwards. Mitch and Matt were wonderful.
The best workout I've done in awhile.
