Dr. Reyes is a good doctor but her office staff is absolutely the worst I have ever been subjected to. Also, stay away from Middletown Medical if you have a choice. Making an appointment is ridiculously difficult and time consuming. You cannot talk to the doctors office directly.
Does not return calls in sufficient time. I am always told that staff are busy or not accepting calls when I have questions or concerns. All children are important and should be treated as such.
