If I could rate 0 stars I could. The owner drops houses on people’s land and makes threats to remove fences off THEIR PROPERTY so they can continue to work on other people’s property claiming it as their own. He tore up my yard and didn't put the dirt where I needed it to be. He made it seem like I was in the wrong , just a bad businessman as far as I'm concerned.
