This company collected $200 from me when I needed to get approx. 1-3ft forward on Christmas Eve. I did not call them, they were already helping someone else in front of me. I was digging my tires out when they pulled up to me and asked me if I wanted help. I said yes, and the person in charge told me it would be $200.
