Pat with M5 Plumbing was phenomenal. His communication from start to finish was excellent. He repaired our hot water heater and later that same day texted to make sure we had hot water. A couple of days later, he followed up again to ensure everything was still working well. He’s honest, reliable, and truly cares about his customers. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend his services.

He was professional and prompt. He completed the removal of a gas line at the quoted price. I would hire him again.
