This is the WORST lender that I have EVER dealt with! I was told in late March 2024 that my loan for a storage facility looked good. They pre approved me and told me that I could get a 25 yr loan @6.285% interest rate. Derrick is horrible at communicating! He has only reached out to me 1 time back in March and it's been "crickets" from him since then! The last email I received was on June 18, 2024, advising that my interest rate was 10.75%!!!
