I think this establishment need to lift their game. I have just received a letter addressed to my wife dated 3/10/25 stating she is now due for a blood test, however my wife passed away in February. This is the second automated letter I have received, and I informed them of the situation at that time. Surely in this day and age it’s not difficult to remove names of those they know have passed from the list that generates these letters. To say I am upset is an understatement.
I’ve been through many doctors in my life and my doctor at M3 is without a doubt the most understand and thorough doctor I’ve ever had. She is so sweet and doesn’t mind having a laugh but will take every issue seriously. Dr Fang has been a god send for me and I hope I never lose her as I don’t think I’ll ever find another doctor out there that’s like her!
