37 reviews and ALL are “5 stars”? These guys apparently take down any review which is not glowing for them. These guys are low level house flippers, nothing more. They cut corners, use old outdated appliances, and are only concerned with making a buck. Multiple contractors I have had to hire to repair the poor workmanship from M2Rest say the same thing about them…..that they cut corners and don’t know what they’re doing. I’m sure M2Rest will take this review down too.
I am a real estate agent helping my clients purchase a home Malhar and his team renovated and are selling. There aren't enough words to express what an absolute dream this has been! The home is impeccable, the renovation is flawless, no corners cut! The communication has been seamless! The inspection report barely had anything on it but after our few minor repair requests they went in and did things we hadn't even asked for! My clients are beyond thrilled and I wish I could do every transaction with Malhar and his team!
Malhar and his team are fantastic. We jumped through some massive hurdles and Malhar always found creative ways to reach solutions. He is the ATL real estate expert, super knowledgeable on the current market and construction. Every meeting was such a learning opportunity for us. Malhar really loves what he does and it shows in his work and experience. He is also super thorough and transparent- a rare find in real estate!! If you’re looking for someone to work with M2Rest is it.
Just closed on a property with M2REST that made me a profit of over 53k! Originally, they were just supposed to be funding the transaction, then my end buyer fell through at the last minute and M2REST came to the rescue! I reached out to them, told them what happened and asked if they were interested. They made some calls on their end and they ended up getting me twice as much as I was going to get from my other end buyer!!
