Our windows have never looked so good. We’ve used M2 twice and are now in contract for twice a year cleaning. They gus are respectful professionals who show up on time and do a really great job. The owner is great to deal with. I highly recommend.
My windows are clean! and I so enjoy that. He was prompt and finished timely also. Missed cleaning a outdoor sill that did not have a screen (yet) and I was not happy. I called and the owner, Heather, immediately volunteered to come back and clean it! Even to the point of coming whenever I could be available. So, kudoos to her - shame on him! But we all learn, right? I will use them again!
