I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I have been misled about a treatment to remove brown spots, and I asked to speak with the owner. The person who treated me for the brown spots and said they would be released was the receptionist *******. I paid $199, usually $275, but there was a sale. I have used M2 for botox and fillers and never had a problem. I did the lip flip. I love it. Perfect alternate to fillers.
I’ve gone there twice now for lip filler and was very impressed both times. They completely corrected and reshaped my lips from a botch job done by another medical spa in Charlotte. I’ll definitely be back!
I went to get my lips done (Restylane) and I got a full syringe. I went back in for them to look at my lips because I couldn’t tell a difference only for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything about it. You would think they would want to please their customers, so they wouldn’t get bad reviews. Definitely not $500 worth and a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. Definitely don’t recommend this place. All they want is your money. Make sure you check their Yelp reviews as well because they could care less if you are satisfied or not.... read more

I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Danielle for her professionalism. All staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Service provided in prompt, timely manner. Very happy.
