this company is a complete fraud, they prey on elderly, and even elderly veterans, by forcing them into hoa agreements that are extremely high priced yet offer nothing in return. the guy who owns this company lives in a mansion in hinckley, his address is really easy to find in case anyone wants to go to him directly.

Worst property manager ever! Does not give a crap about not one of any of his attendants or properties!
They raised my monthly fee $32.00 immediately after taking over with no breakdown or explanation as to why they are so high! Property is poorly maintained; trash dumpsters overflow before being collected leaving trash all over parking lot; do not respond to or resolve complaints; cigarette butts everywhere. Does anyone ever inspect the properties they manage? JUST WHAT ARE THEY DOING BESIDES OVERCHARGING FEES?
