Nightmare Beautiful apartments but severely overpriced for the poor management. The old office lady Julie was delightful. Then one of the owners took over and she was always incredibly rude. Once some people arrived in the middle of the night to the secure building entrance claiming they knew me. They didn’t even know what unit I was in. I never invited them and didn’t grant access. Very nice but overpriced and checkout sucks. Its easy to be impressed with the place. Its very nice, very, very nice. It is overpriced even when you consider the cable and internet is included which is about $125 if you had to purchase it separately. You have to pay $100 per month for underground parking. You would think they would give Mayo employees a discount to entice them more but OK, to each owner their own, just my opinion. I only give this place two stars due to the checkout policy. Fantastic Property I lived here for a little over a year and very much enjoyed it! I sold my previous home and was looking to rent while considering future living arrangements and was having difficulty finding acceptable rental properties in Mankato that catered toward career professionals and adults instead of college students. A Great Place to Live!! We were among the first to move into M2 Lofts. We stays a little over a year in transition from our “big house” to retirement in another state. M2 Lofts was a great place to live. The location was convenient for us - both healthcare workers. The mix of people who live in M2 Lofts is wonderful. The Best Living in Mankato! I am so impressed with M² Lofts. The quality of living here can not be beat. Amazing management and beautiful lofts. Above that there is a real sense of community. We have enjoyed living here in every aspect!
Great Location and beautifully designed units You can't beat the location, but the real treat is when you step into your loft. Tasteful design along with modern appliances. Nice amenities, emphasis on security.
