Norm is the best artist I have found. I will be a repeat customer for years to come. We have done a cover up and full sleeve so far and everywhere I go I get comments on how great my tattoos look.

Of the 13 (small) tattoos I now have, Norm is my favorite artist. Great skill and detail, and lifetime touch ups. Have had him do 6 now and will be back for more, including cover ups.
