We could not be happier with our gorgeous home!! M2 construction really pays attention to detail, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We did not want a "cookie cutter" home, and felt most new builds around town where this way. Matt does such a good job of fitting a home to the style of the neighborhood and creates unique, beautiful homes that have charm and character, but are brand new. He was easy and great to work with. I don't see us moving for a very long time, but if we do, he will build our next house also!
Don't be fooled by any positive reviews from friends of Matt Taylor. I closed on my home 7/6/18 and there is still an open builder's permit on the home 5 months later. Matt indicated that the home would take 3-4 mos to complete and it took over 8 months. Just prior to closing, Matt indicated that he would complete a punch list and that it is normal for punch lists to be completed post-closing. After closing he cut all contact and left a lengthy punch list unaddressed. I've had to pay to have others come to complete his poor ... read more
