I have tried to get in touch with you several times and have not received any response. The emails I’ve sent remain unanswered. I’ve been dealing with this frustrating situation for more than 15 days. I need information regarding my security deposit, as certain deductions were made, and I require a detailed explanation along with proper documentation for each of them. Unfortunately, my experience confirms the negative reviews: I do not recommend anyone to move into this place.
