I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT LIVE HERE - WARNING. This property stole over $1,400 in owed concessions from us. We also found mold in our bathroom that was NOT in accordance with building code. There were multiple police events a year on this property and we often had packages stolen. Management was and is POOR.
I had a pleasure of going to look at an apartment on September 8th. My leasing Agent was Cassie. She was absolutely amazing 🤩. She took so much time with me and her bubbly personality made me want to live there more than anything. Also I meant Aspen and Larry. What a wonderful crew. Unfortunately the only apartment they had in my price range was on the third floor which for me great but for my 10 year old lab not so good. Thank you for your kind service. Sandra
Trash management. No one can be on the same page. They say something and go back on what they say. My experience has been absolutely awful. The price tag is good but that’s about it. You literally get what you pay for. I say pay a bit more and stay from here.
The office staff is friendly, receptive, and incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff always gets things done in a timely fashion and they do a terrific job!
The management team is a saving grace! My little family and moved from California to Colorado and needed to find another apartment because our first choice was not what we expected. When we got into town and found that out, we immediately became stressed and started looking around.
