The office staff is friendly, receptive, and incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff always gets things done in a timely fashion and they do a terrific job!
The management team is a saving grace! My little family and moved from California to Colorado and needed to find another apartment because our first choice was not what we expected. Please beware that after their substantial amount of mostly junk fees, your rent will be $200-$300 more than what they list. They charge substantially more fees than most comparable apartment complexes, even property tax, which is legal in Colorado but sketchy, because normally with property taxes you can right it off on your taxes, but not in this case. We have been at M2 for over a year now and for the first time ever, experienced getting locked out on our balcony during non office hours (somehow our dog managed to jump up and hit the lock). Without the ability to get ahold of a locksmith in the area we had to call the apartment maintenance number. After explaining the situation we were put into contact with Arturo, one of the maintenance employees here, who was so kind and willing to drive to our apartment to let us in.
