I have four months with AC. I’ve been calling to see when they’re gonna come and fix it and they just come and take a look at it and they say we will try to fix it next time so it’s four months of AC.
UPDATE: Management responded below asking me to “get in touch so they can make things right.” I find that response frustrating because I already spoke directly with the office about this situation, and that interaction is a large part of why I wrote this review in the first place. My concerns were explained in detail, including the confusing notice, the $75 fee that was never actually posted to our account, and how I was apparently expected to know I needed to manually make a payment through the portal. Wonderful experience other than having to deal with anything office based. They will give no documentation about the end of lease process and roll you into a full month's rent. Being charged 3k for a unit that wasn't even livable due to black mold seeping in from the water heater.
M2 has been nothing but great to my family and I we love living here. Office staff are always on top of everything.
Maintenance was completed efficiently. Very easy to report the issue.
