The lift I purchased, was a GREAT price. When installing it, I seen a flaw in the cable for lifting (equalizer cable). I emailed the company and immediately got a phone call stating how sorry they were and they will replace at no cost to me. The customer service is impeccable and would highly recommend this company to anyone I come across. I have not used the lift yet because it’s still in the process of being wired up, but have no doubts I’m taken care of if something does not work. I have bought many booths from M1M over the years. Both grinding booths and paint booths. I have also have had over 8 custom booths( sizes and a flow thru) made and built by them and all have worked out Great! They are great People to work with! I just completed a grinding booth that they built for me and it was great ! I have never had a shipment problem or communication problem, in design we changed so sizes and request and it was not a problem with them.
