The room was excellent, but our checkin experience was a nightmare, whilst we may have 4 rooms booked, we were treated with so much disdain by the receptionist making an assumption that we were to party, and that when we made the booking that we should have disclosed that we were there for a Hens weekend, we were there to have a get together, we had activities planned for the whole day on Saturday and were only using the Resort to sleep and get changed, no alcohol was ever going to be consumed in the rooms, the majority of u... read more
Had the pleasure of staying at M1 Resort, Maroochydore for 3 days - 14 - 16 Sep 2026 - on a business trip. Was very (pleasantly) surprised on many things listed below: 1. Receptionist Katrina >> such a wonderful receptionist. So easy to communicate and very helpful, made me feel welcome immediately. 2. Delivers all expectations,😉 check in flawless, basement parking. I seam to struggle finding nice accomadation in beachy areas that arn't over priced or just run down. Q1 apartments are situated perfectly on the river, restaurants close by even Sunshine Plaza shopping, amazing. Short drive to beach & Mooloolaba we stayed in apartment 906 9th floor, so nice, streaming in main bedroom, heated pool a bonus. 🏝 Huge tv in lounge felt like home away from home.
