I had an excellent experience with James at M1 Imports. He was knowledgeable, honest, and clearly experienced with the Mercedes M156 engine. The quality of the work was outstanding, communication was great throughout the entire process, and the pricing was fair for the amount of work involved. James also went above and beyond by taking care of a few additional items while the car was apart. Pleasant, professional, honest and with fabulous customer service (they go above and beyond and are readily available). James of M1 imports' work is hands down far superior to the Mercedes dealerships in the area, and for a price much lower than theirs.
