Pleasant, professional, honest and with fabulous customer service (they go above and beyond and are readily available). James of M1 imports' work is hands down far superior to the Mercedes dealerships in the area, and for a price much lower than theirs. Trust. It means EVERYTHING when you trust your car to a mechanic, and James is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever encountered. James has serviced both of the Mercedes I have owned over the past 20 years and both have run flawlessly at well over a 100,000 miles!!
