I had the pleasure of working with Mike on selling my mothers home that was left to myself and my brother when she passed. These are great people. I didn't sell my house to them, but only because they recommended I didn't. After hearing my situation, they gave me good advice to clean some things up and sell it myself, traditionally. Every other competitor I called just wanted me to hurry and sell to them.
