took my new car here and it got damaged and scratched. the car didn't even come out clean.
They still charge your card when you cancel your membership and wont give you a corporate number. Management is horrible !!!
This place used to be wonderful. Now, the owners and staff don’t care. While the car wash itself is fine, the vacuums are missing, don’t work, or have low suction. They are not replaced, or fixed. The homeless are hanging out in the bushes. The staff don’t enforce the “no loud music” rule. I get told all the time, the owners don’t care. If that is the case, you just lost a loyal customer. At some point, the business will go down the drain and you’ll close.

RecommendedThis was such a better experience then going to Cruz Thru/Mister car wash. They do all the same things that Cruz Thru USED to do when they first opened. Also, the prices are a lot better. Will definitely be a returning customer. Very satisfied on my first visit here. Job well done M1 Express!! 💯💯👍🏻
