I bought a new unit and excellent service, they installed in 1 day
Replaced my old a/c unit with a "new one" It never worked and refuses to replace it. In the replacement process he destroyed the protective cage which he had fabricated for me for which re refused to pay or fix. If I could, I would give him a minus.
