Before thanksgiving the food in my monogram fridge froze, I googled and called m-y,they came, changed two partsand all was good, temperature was back to normal, the next day the food in the bottom 2 drawers turned mushy, they came again and fixed it, the next day the light went out, again they came and fixed it. I only paid for the first fix, on a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 10 for responding and timeliness, a7/8 for workmanship (only because they had to come thrice)..would I call them again..i sincerely ho... read more
