Called Mike out to take a look at installing a radon mitigation system. The first thing that impressed me was that as he looked around, he didn't just suggest the most expensive thing possible. He said "we are going to take this one step at a time and start at the minimum and then test and if we need to add to the system we can." I had never heard of radon until earlier this year when my air monitor broke and I upgraded to a new one that just happened to have a radon detector as well. In Phoenix I monitored air quality for pollution and whether it was safe to exercise outdoors. Here in PA, I had no idea that there was an invisible gas with no odor etc lurking in my home. Exceptional work on the radon system. I was pretty particular about how I wanted the system to look, and Mike was the only one to respond and show up (had some just call and came up with a number). I got what I wanted, but because he's done some testing, it turned out that I didn't need a second suction point. I ended up with a great system for cheaper than I got quoted!
Filled out the contact form and uploaded pictures several weeks ago. Received an automated confirmation email from the company stating they'd be in touch. Nothing further since.
