I have been in an apartment at Spruce Creek, Portage, Mi for several years now. When I 1st signed my lease it wasn’t with MW VanderVeen and all was good! Maintenance was done right. A couple years later MW VanderVeen purchased Spruce Creek. Things started to get let go. Hallways were not properly cleaned, leaves in the fall did not get blown into our woods like in the past.
