Wonderful courteous customer service and technicians! I have utilized M&W not just for my personal homes but I highly recommend for all my real estate transactions.
Company was ok when using them although scheduling was an issue, however now that I’ve cancelled my service with them they continue to charge my account and are “unavailable” to refund me my money for services not rendered. I’ve given them weeks before posting this as well.
Justin was rude and lacked concern when I felt like I still had pest in my attic. He pretty much told me the noises in the attic “ were in MY HEAD”. Never again will I use this service.
