I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years with three different companies unfortunately things have Seriously gone downhill , wouldn't even listen to helpful advice. ( if seriously wet mulch changes colors don't load me up with half wet and half dry.) don't worry the Dark moldy mulch will brighten up in a few weeks and your two completely different looking mulch will all look the same. meanwhile as a professional I buy more non moldy mulch and fix it. The prices here are higher than. any other landscape supply store. last time had to wait 30-40 minutes before I was loaded and had to unload my empty pallets myself. Poor service in my opinion. The new owner Doug is not customer service oriented and price gauges his sod.
