Terrible experience — unexpected charges and poor communication I had a really disappointing experience here. I brought my four-year-old daughter in for her very first manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, what should have been a special experience for her turned into a very frustrating and expensive one. When I called and looked at the menu, I saw $25 for a pedicure, $15 for a manicure, and $13 for gel. I gave this salon another chance after a bad experience a few months ago, and I regret it. The first bad experience was when the nail tech told me she would do chrome for free since I said I didn’t want to pay $15 for it. When it was time to pay, she charged me anyway by listing it under a different service. I called her out on it, but I still paid. Because of that experience, I didn't return for months.
