Over priced for the quality. Went with a few family members and only half of us were happy. One had a pedi and her cuticles painted over leaving massive ridges in the gel. The other got a mani with Phon which was done in about 15 min and the gel stared to peal off in less than 24 hours and multiple nails were left rough and ready to snag.

I have given this salon multiple chances. Not only was everything rushed, they don’t take no for an answer and keep pressuring you to get a higher price service when the quality of service doesn’t get better. Today, I had regular nail polish on my toes and she swiped it once with a cotton ball and told me it was gel and then charged me. I’ve been to this nail salon multiple times, and every previous experience with Aloha has been wonderful. Unfortunately, Aloha wasn’t available this time, so I was scheduled with Ruby, and the experience was disappointing enough that it has made me reconsider coming back. My best friend and I came in for my birthday nails. I asked for a simple French tip with a design, but after spending an hour and a half on just the French tips, Ruby still couldn’t complete the design.
