I got my nails done here & had the worst experience. He was extremely rough on my hands & it was not relaxing ; it was painful. He rushed and got me out in under an hour and my nails look horrible. The shape, the size, the color and just about everything was not what I asked for.

1 STAR Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in an hour and a half before closing, and I was turned away because they supposedly were “too busy.” Yet the salon was completely empty when I walked in. Make it make sense. This is actually my second time coming to Vince Nails, because I gave them another chance thinking maybe the service would be better and that they actually cared about their customers. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Don’t ever go here! The girl I had had NEVER DONE A MANICURE! Horrible management too!! I would doubt that this girl was licensed.
