They were very helpful, friendly and did a great job on my nails and toes!! Definitely going back!!!
They charged double charged my card for 2 pedicures and I ended up paying over $300. I will not go back. I noticed it after a month on one of my statements. The first time I went there, they did a terrible job and my shellac came off right away. I will not go back.
Getting there it was a nice and clean atmosphere but once I sat down everything was dirty. The artist Hannah was rough with my nails and completely messed up the shape of my natural nails. She filed off the entire side of them to the point that it hurt. The monomer she used was not clean or new so she used it on other clients. I had made an appointment but was running early and they fit me right in. Julie was very professional and particular with my nails, which I appreciate!
Ivy did a fantastic job on my pedicure and manicure. Highly recommend both Ivy as well as M. Vince nail spa.
